Have you heard of My Health Record?

My Health Record is an online summary of your key health information including medical conditions, medicine and allergies.
By the end of 2018 you will get a My Health Record allocated unless you opt out by contacting MyHealthRecord.gov.au online or by phoning 1800 723 471.
